Every organization wants high performance, but very few understand the human cost of achieving it. Throughout my two-decade career spanning corporate boardrooms, campus hallways, and clinical environments, I have watched brilliant minds and highly productive teams quietly burn out.

My mission is to change that. As the founder and the architect behind The Positive Playbook, I partner with corporations, school districts, and athletic organizations to build cultures of high-impact, sustainable leadership. I combine a 20-year career in organizational execution with rigorous therapeutic insights to help leaders step out of survival mode and into their highest potential.


The Journey: From the Classroom to the Boardroom

My career has been defined by one core theme: building people and optimizing systems. I have spent twenty years mastering the art of learning, development, and 

human behavior across highly diverse landscapes:

  • Corporate Leadership at Citi: As Vice President of Learning and Development, I led enterprise-wide training initiatives, designed large-scale digital resource libraries, and presented critical, data-driven strategies directly to global directors and senior executives.
  • Educational Leadership as an Assistant Principal: Leading  personnel across complex school environments in Dallas ISD and Plano ISD, I successfully drove school improvement plans, designed professional development initiatives, and implemented positive behavior frameworks that reduced disciplinary incidents.
  • Academia & Technology Integration: From managing million-dollar technology implementations (like organization-wide Blackboard and SharePoint rollouts) to teaching educational transformation as an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Dallas Community College, I’ve worked at the intersection of psychology, human performance, and technological scale.


Why I Speak: Resilience, Burnout, & Positive Culture

My transition from executive leadership to mental health advocacy wasn't just a career shift—it was born out of lived experience.

I’ve stood in the shoes of the high-achieving professional. I know what it’s like to manage multi-million dollar budgets, lead cross-functional teams under relentless pressure, and balance community leadership with personal life. I've lived through the silent grinding of diverse work cultures, and I’ve felt the crushing weight of burnout firsthand.

It was this realization that led me to pursue my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while, building upon my business background.

Today, I bridge the gap between business metrics and mental wellness.

When I speak nationally, I don't just offer high-level theories. I bring practical, battle-tested strategy and clinical depth to topics like:

  • The Anatomy of Executive Burnout: How to spot the warning signs in high-performers before it's too late.
  • Building a Positive Playbook: Practical frameworks for school administrators and corporate leaders to lower stress while boosting retention and performance.
